The Our Doctor Online & Su Medico Online web sites have been designed to work in conjunction with the Our Clinic Online clinic management and referral system allowing your patients the opportunity to book appointments with you and your clinic, online 24/7. They will be able to access your Professional biography, your clinic details and diary. They will see only the available appointment slots through totally secure web portals www.ourdoctoronline.com and www.sumedicoonline.com . It couldn’t be easier!
Invite your patients, whatever nationality, to identify you and your clinic using the search criteria provided and then click on the FIND A DOCTOR icon. Your patient will then be invited to click the ‘more’ prompt (under the image box) and then the ADD APPOINTMENT icon to successfully make an appointment. Only available appointment time slots will be shown for the date chosen. Using the appointment calendar, they then simply click on the time slot of their choice and fill in the appointment editor.
Your patient will be sent via secure email a unique patient code and URL link. They should keep these details safe as they will need this information to book future appointments online. The link takes the patient directly to your clinic.
New patients registering with your clinic will have the opportunity to register their personal details when booking their first online appointment, this information will automatically populate the patient database in your OCO system.
Finally, both you and your patient will receive confirmation of all appointments made by email.
Our system allows new patients to search for a doctor with a particular specialization, of a chosen nationality or in a specific geographical area. It is a similar concept to online yellow pages. We will be offering our member doctors the opportunity to purchase a web page on both sites to enable them to promote their own clinic.
