Den Dental Group introduced a call handling system in line with recommendations by NHS regulatory body and based on previous patients’ feedback. This is only possible and viable by the use of prefix 0844. Whilst we recognize that in some circumstances these calls may attract additional charges by different mobile providers, calls from BT land-lines are charged in line with local rate tariff approx 5p per min. Using BT as an example a call to an 084 number would cost up to 5.105p, the same call made to a local number (01626) would cost up to 7.9p, in both examples a 13p connection fee is applicable.

Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Conserves dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
